You Need To Request Records From Another School

Think for a moment how you do this today.
You need to locate the past school(s) attended by looking at their AzEDS Student Identity Report (and hope for a decent identity match from the State).
Once you figure out what school — or schools — to request records from, then you need to manually look up — in a spreadsheet (which one?!) — or by visiting their website and combing through to find the fax number (or email address) of the school.
Then, you need to manually fill out a form that specifies which school records you need to request from the other school. These different type of school records may include transcripts (both official and unofficial), test histories, or existing IEP or 504 forms. There may even be more that you’ll need to request from the originating school.
Then, you need to send it and hope for the best that you got to a real person. You might even need to send the records request again. And again.
Doing this while attempting to process multiple incoming students wishing to enroll at your school can be frustrating.
