For Enrollment Specialists & Registrars

Records Requests

Getting a student's records out of their last school is a fragmented, non-standardized mess — a different fax number, portal, or unanswered inbox every time. Edvizion and RecReq.com are chipping away at it in two stages: the contact problem first, then the request itself.

Currently focused on enrollment specialists and registrars at schools within Arizona school districts. Outside Arizona? Fill out the contact form below and let's talk about what it'd take to bring this to your district.

Available now: find the registrar

Today, requesting records usually means locating the student's past school via an AzEDS identity report, hunting down a fax number or email in a spreadsheet, manually filling out a records request, and hoping it reaches a real person — sometimes more than once.

RecReq.com is a searchable directory of records-request contacts, kept current by the registrars who use it. Look up the school, get the contact, skip the afternoon of tab-switching. It's free, and there's no account to create.

In development: RecReq Auto Pilot

Finding the contact is the first half. Auto Pilot is the second — generating the request, delivering it by email or fax, following up on a schedule so nobody has to chase, and giving each request its own secure upload page so the sending school can return documents without a fax machine.

It isn't built yet, and pricing isn't set. Join the waitlist and we'll come to you first — both to tell you when it's ready and to ask how your district actually handles this today.

Oh, and we might have a solution to help you manage Document Verification or Attendance Logs too.
