For school districts
The ESSER money that funded the last three years is gone, and the results still have to show up. Meanwhile the tools bought during it are half-adopted, the staff who were going to run them have turned over, and somebody has to decide what to keep.
That is the conversation we are useful in. Not because we sell a platform — we are not taking on contracted development for schools (one product, Attendance Logs, is open to a limited pilot) — but because we have spent a decade inside a district rather than selling into one.
Why us and not a consultancy
- Michael Vizdos, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, has been Strategic Advisor to Blueprint Education, an Arizona charter district, since 2014 — a seat on the Impact Team, the district's own leadership group, not a vendor seat at the edge of it.
- Kenton Vizdos, Co-Founder and Chief Architect, leads the architecture and engineering behind the systems we built inside the district, so the advice comes from people who also had to make the software work.
- We built the software too, so we know precisely where district tools die: not in the build, in the implementation. Six of them are on this site, as evidence rather than as products (one also open to a limited pilot).
- The credentials are checkable. Certified Scrum Trainer® with the Scrum Alliance, co-creator of its Certified Agile Leader: K-12 certification, publishing Implementing Scrum weekly since 2006.
Where we overlap, we say so. We also work with EdTech companies. If one of them is in front of your district, you hear it from us first.
