For school districts

The relief money that funded the last three years is gone, and the results still have to show up. Meanwhile the tools bought during it are half-adopted, the staff who were going to run them have turned over, and somebody has to decide what to keep.

That is the conversation we are useful in. Not because we sell a platform — we are not taking on contracted development for schools — but because we have spent a decade inside a district rather than selling into one.

Why us and not a consultancy

  • Michael has sat on the Impact Team at Blueprint Education since 2014 — the district's own leadership group, not a vendor seat at the edge of it.
  • We built the software too, so we know precisely where district tools die: not in the build, in the rollout. Four of them are on this site as evidence rather than as products.
  • The credentials are checkable. Certified Scrum Trainer® with the Scrum Alliance, co-creator of its Certified Agile Leader: K-12 certification, publishing Implementing Scrum weekly since 2006.

What that looks like

Consulting

For a cabinet deciding what to keep, what to cut and what to build. Starts at the leadership table, because that is where adoption is actually decided.

Ask about it below — choose “Education — Consulting”.

Mentoring

One-to-one and ongoing, for the person who has to make it work — a director of technology, an instructional coach, whoever inherited the rollout.

Ask about it below — choose “Education — Mentoring”.

Training

Workshops for the teams doing the work, built around your district rather than a generic curriculum. In person or online.

Ask about it below — choose “Education — Training”.

Still want the software?

One thing on this site you can use today: the free RecReq directory. Everything else is evidence of work we did inside a district, and we will say so rather than sell it to you.

Not quite you?

What are you trying to decide?

Tell us where the district is today and what has to be true by the end of the year. If we are not the right help we will say so.
