For School And District Staff

Solutions

Two different things live on this page, and the difference matters before you read any further.

One thing here you can use today. The rest is evidence — software we built and ran inside a real school district, which is how we know what districts adopt and what quietly dies after rollout. Edvizion is not taking on contracted software development for schools today; the work we do now is consulting, mentoring and training.

Available today

One thing, and we would rather say that plainly than pad the list. It is free, there is no account to create, and it is being rebuilt behind the scenes — the directory works as described in the meantime.

Records Requests

A free directory of records-request contacts at RecReq.com, currently focused on Arizona districts, plus a waitlist for Auto Pilot — automated requests, follow-ups and secure returns, still in development.

What we built inside a district

Built and run inside a real school district, not a demo. Edvizion is not taking on contracted development for schools today — this is here as evidence of the work, and of what we learned doing it. These are the front-row seat: they are why we know what a district actually adopts, and what quietly dies after rollout.

Document Verification

Enrollment document collection with automatic checks for what is missing or unreadable. Nothing state-specific: what gets collected is whatever your own registration packet asks for.

Attendance Logs

Guardian-approved attendance logging — a participation record a person signed off on, rather than hours a timer inferred. Currently set up for Arizona districts.

Lifecycle Journey

First-party student lifecycle data, from ad click through enrollment and attendance.

Scheduling

Scheduling embedded in the LMS a school already uses, with eligibility rules set once instead of checked by hand.

Independent Study

Distance learning and credit recovery with real-time progress, and official transcripts that drop into your existing SIS.

Wow-o-Meter

Real-time, single-question feedback — horrible to wow — in place of periodic NPS surveys.

Research, not a product

Listed apart on purpose — it saves nobody time, and joining means joining a working group.

Academic Threat Intelligence

An applied research coalition mapping the gray-market ecosystem behind academic fraud in K-12 and higher-education distance learning.

So what do you actually hire us for?

Deciding what to build, what to stop, and how to know it worked — and building the team that can keep doing that after we leave. Two very different conversations:

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe what is eating your team’s time and we will tell you which of the above is relevant — or that none of them is.
